  • AI-generated distribution drafts

We collect analytics on your landing pages:

  • Page views and unique visitors
  • Referrer sources (where visitors came from)
  • Waitlist signups (email addresses of people who sign up)
  • Conversion rates

Note: IP addresses are hashed for privacy. We do not store raw IP addresses.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. We receive from Stripe:

  • Subscription status and tier
  • Customer ID for billing purposes
  • Payment history (invoice amounts and dates)

2.5 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited within our Service
  • Time and date of visits
  • Time spent on pages

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
  • Generate AI-powered landing pages using AWS Bedrock (Claude)
  • Generate distribution content and market research analysis
  • Calculate viability scores and provide AI insights
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. AI Processing

Our Service uses AI (specifically Claude via AWS Bedrock) to generate content. When you submit an idea:

  • Your idea details are sent to AWS Bedrock for processing
  • AI generates landing page content, distribution posts, and market analysis
  • Generated content is stored in our database

AWS Bedrock processes data in accordance with AWS's Privacy Policy. AWS does not use your data to train their models.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information with:

5.1 Service Providers

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting, AI processing, database storage
  • Stripe: Payment processing

5.2 Landing Page Visitors

When you publish a landing page, visitors can see the content you've created (idea name, tagline, features, etc.). Visitor signup emails are stored and visible to you in your dashboard.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures including:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Encryption at rest for database storage
  • Secure password hashing
  • AWS VPC isolation for infrastructure
  • Regular security audits

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
  • Ideas and content: Retained while your account is active; deleted when you delete an idea or your account
  • Analytics data: Retained for 2 years, then aggregated/anonymized
  • Landing pages: Removed from public access when unpublished

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information via your account settings
  • Deletion: Delete your account and associated data
  • Export: Download your data in a portable format
  • Object: Object to certain processing of your data
